Our Farm , Our Egyptian jojoba comes from our farm. It is located in Cairo, where we have created a plantation based on sustainability.Good for you, good for the earth Jojoba is kind to our planet. This plant is carbon negative – as it grows it actually removes carbon from the atmosphere. It is also perfectly suited to our dry environment, is salt tolerant and needs very little of our precious water resources to thrive. So we let nature do its work, with no pests or diseases we don’t need to use chemicals on the plants. This hardy shrub needs no cultivating or pruning and in the wild has been known to live over 300 years.Uniquely Egyption plant extracts Our range begins with the purest jojoba. Our jojoba is extra virgin cold pressed, and then filtered fourteen times for absolute purity. The deep golden color is completely natural and reflects the meticulous processing. ُEgyptian plant extracts like kakadu plum, lilllypilly and quandong are also blended as part of the range. Hand selected to bring their own powerful qualities to the mix, they work in perfect balance with jojoba.
The word "jojoba" (pronounced ho-HO-ba) refers both to the desert plant and to the extract obtained from its seed. Regrettably, many people and companies continue to refer to jojoba as "jojoba oil". In fact, jojoba is NOT oil, and you'll understand why as you continue to read.We are the only company in the world that produces a First-Press quality jojoba. We emphasize quality over quantity in our specifications for pressing the jojoba seeds. Our jojoba absorbs more readily into the skin and leaves no tacky residue behind
Our Philosophy Pure and Natural We believe that it is possible to create a skincare range completely from nature that will also fulfil our different family needs—from baby oil, or blemish control to pampering mature skin . We always begin with jojoba, as it contains skin benefiting properties like no other plant on earth. From here we will continue to explore other complementary plant ingredients, both locally and from around the world, to create a skincare range that is pure, safe and effective . Good for the Earth , Our family farm is where our Egyptian jojoba comes from. Our farm is part of a larger natural world that we treat with care. From our packaging to our marketing, to the way we grow and source our ingredients we are committed to sustainable options. For instance, our jojoba crop is carbon negative, which means it removes carbon from the atmosphere as it grows
